Vintage Red Cat Eye Sunglasses - Etsy - Page 5。This is an exceptional piece of true mid-century Americana eyewear history. From the premium Cabana line produced by the legendary Titmus Optical Company. Tthese frames are incredibly sturdy and well-made. They feature a beautiful two-tone laminated acetate construction: a burgundy outer layer layered over a yellow/cream-colored backing, accented with inset polka dots on the frame and arms. NEED LENS REPLACEMENT! These sunglasses are currently fitted with their vintage, tinted prescription glass lenses, which appear to be original to the initial owner\'s custom order. Because these are prescription, you will need to swap these out for your own custom prescription lenses or non-prescription sunglass lenses. Any modern optical shop can easily pop fresh lenses into these high-quality frames. Condition Very Good Vintage Condition: The frames are structurally excellent with tight, heavy-duty 7-barrel hinges and crisp gold-stamped lettering inside the arm. There is very minor cosmetic wear consistent with age, but no major scuffs, cracks, or deep scratches. The metal shield accents have been gently cleaned and well-preserved. Measurements Frame Width (Across Front): 140 mm Lens Width: Inside widest point of lens 43 mm Temple Arm Length: Inside hinge to back of arm 130 mm Bridge width: Inside the nose gap 15 mm A gorgeous, wearable piece of rockabilly history that is perfect for restoration.
